NEC (Trustees)
The National Executive Committee (NEC) is the governing body or Trustees of the INOU and has overall responsibility for the management of the organisation and its resources. NEC members are elected from amongst the wider membership of the organisation at the Annual Conference and normally serve for an initial term of two years.
We were deeply shocked and saddened when our long-standing NEC colleague, friend and Chairperson Ann Fergus passed away suddenly on 26th August. We are very grateful to Joanne Farrell, Vice Chairperson, for agreeing to undertake the important role of Chairperson until the next AGM in May 2024.
